Everyone has seen pictures of the Amalfi Coast. It is hands down, one of the most beautiful places on earth. As a result, many people want to come and visit, which makes sense. When you have a lot of tourists you are bound to see many tourist trap restaurants, so you need to be careful.

Make sure you arrive before the sun sets, so you can enjoy the breathtaking sunset with a glass of prosecco. Jump right in with some homemade Ricotta dumplings. After that stick your fork into some linguine with sea urchins and bottarga. If you have a huge appetite, then go with whatever fish of the day they have ( changes daily depending on the catch).
