We booked 8 tours with The Tour Guy over our 2 week vacation to Italy and Spain. All of them were great but one stood out. For our private walking tour of Siena, we were at our meeting point and our tour guide never showed up. I called the Tour Guy and spoke with Gaetano. He was so helpful, responsive, and efficient. Turns out our guide had a medical emergency but they were sending out a new tour guide to take her place. Our new guide Fede was fabulous! We were so appreciative that she jumped in at the last minute to help and our tour with her was extremely enjoyable. Thank you, Gaetano and Fede!!

The unexpected tour of the Contrade, Civetta was especially interesting. The tour guide’s personal connection to Siena added to our experience and made the walk through “her” city more enjoyable.

We were in Siena in January and this tour was the great for this city. The guide was very accommodating and the 3 hours was just right for this tour. The city has many hillsides and you need to make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes.

We had heard great things about Siena from a friend who went to Italy last year. We had an extra day while staying in Florence so we decided to check it out. We wanted to make sure we got a history of it too so we did this tour with The Roman Guy and it was well worth the time and effort get there. Put this place on your bucket list because it's a great place to see.

This tour of Siena was very informative and my family had a fantastic time. The church was very cool and we got to see so many places we would have missed otherwise. I can't wait to see more of italy with the Roman guy!

After visiting Rome a few times, my husband and I decided to see the lesser traveled cities in Italy. This half day tour of Siena was very informational and allowed us to use the rest of the day to be on our own. The guide was informational and kept the tour interesting.
