Moved around dates and tried to reschedule and NO ONE called me back or tried to help. Still have had no response or even an option to return my fee. I will NOT use these guys again even though I scheduled 3 out of my 4 tours with them while in Italy. You'd think that I'd at least I'd get a call back after booking a few tours with them.

Naomi and Paulo our driver were exceptional. They made the day worthwhile. Also the food at the working farm was good.
The organizers need to seriously figure out better timing and meeting locations. Getting dropped off in the dark at night ,way out at the train station is ridiculous At least have cabs available for us
The time on tour vs the free time was way out if balance.
For example Pizza was shutting down while we were there and it was getting seedy. Why not cut the tine there down and get back at a decent time. The day was simply too long.
Siena was wonderful but way to much talk time and nit enough exploring the town
Overall i felt like we spent all day like cruise ship people with loads of buses all arriving at the same time
Tried it once and wont do it again.

We loved this tour from start to finish. Our tour guide Manuel was awesome! Siena was amazing, the Tuscan Winery lunch and tasting was fantastic and, San Gimignano was beautiful. We got back to Florence at around 8:30PM making it for a long and memorable day. Would highly recommend.

Our Tuscany tour was absolutely splendid! From start to finish, it was cheerful, relaxing, and beautifully organized. Manuel(from Walkabut Tours) our main guide, was fantastic—informative, warm, and kept the energy high throughout the journey. In Siena, we were guided by Rita, who added so much charm and local insight to the experience.
The bus was incredibly comfortable and spacious, making the travel between stops a breeze. We also had a wonderful group, which made the day even more enjoyable.
A truly memorable way to explore the Tuscan countryside—highly recommend! A worth and must have whole day trip.

Manolo was a very entertaining and knowledgeable guide. He was attentive to every detail and happy and eager to make the trip flow smoothly. It was a large group and he navigated it well and seemed to get familiar with everyone. It’s a long day but well worth it if you want to visit these towns. I would recommend acclimating a bit to the time change before scheduling this tour - it was a 20,000 step day for me.

Lots of travel time in the bus, but our guide, Alessandro made the time fly with his excellent commentary and stories. Be prepared for lots of walking, too. Lunch was nice with decent food and lots of wine. It would have been nice to eat outside but still on the chilly side in March. Siena was pretty and while it didn't quite have a special feel we enjoyed the walking tour. Loved San Gimignano and wish we had more time to explore on our own there, especially since it truly is a wonderful hill town with the emphasis on HILL. In hindsight, we would have preferred to skip Pisa and spend more free time in the other two towns. All in all a great day to see lots of sites that wouldn't have been as easy to see on our own, and Alessandro made it all the better. Highly recommended.
