Scheduled the tour but was assigned to the Spanish speaking tour. Signed up well in advance. Even had a conversation with a representative to make sure all eleven tours were scheduled appropriately. Someone screwed the scheduling upon this one. Please refund the cost of the tour.

Turned up for.our tour on time.and at the correct place. Met with the tour arranger from the tourist guide company whom advised our tour was booked for spanish even though we booked English..all the emails we received were in English regarding the tour. He checked with the tour operator who insisted that the Tour Guy had booked a Spanish Tour and to contact them direct. I have now emailed twice with no response requesting a refund.
We ended up buying an audio guided tour later in the afternoon through another tour company. After a number of tours done so far through the Tour Guy on our trip, this will be the last since I have yet to receive a reply. I would have given zero if I could have.

This was a great experience! The Duomo is beautiful and we learned a lot about it from our tour guide. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name (possibly Francesco?) but he was excellent. His knowledge of the building itself and the art within it was incredible - we learned a lot! It was pouring rain when we went out onto the terrace, but it was still amazing! Also, my husband and I weren't able to climb all the way to the top of the dome, but the tour was still well worth it! Looking forward to climbing to the top next time! Highly recommend this tour and this company!
