Our tour guide, Constantine, and our bus driver, Cosmo, provided an informative and safe experience. Constantine always kept us informed or where to go, what we could see, and where to meet up in order to catch our train to the next stop.

The tour itself and Fedrica the guide and Luigi the driver did very well.
A big complaint though was the agents meeting us at the designated tour start point were ripping everyone off by charging an extra 20 of 30 euro each for themselves.
I told them no way were we paying extra and was told ok then.
This was the only bummer experience of the the tour.

We had an amazing time on this day trip to Cinque Terre! Our tour guide was very informative and we appreciated him pointing out all the special things to see at each stop. The Cappuccini church at the top of the ridge in Monterosso al Mare was stunning...would have never known to climb up there without our guide tip! Great tour...Thank you!

Glad we got to see Cinque Terre and the trip was well-organized. But a lot of time waiting for the trains which is no one’s fault. Luigi was a great tour guide. Very kind and humorous. He’s need’s a new flag though!
It woukd have been nice to have the schedule of towns/trains ahead of time.

Tour guides were good. But the agenda was too much time getting on and off trains. Could skip Manarola. Maybe have a hand out listing points of interest and restaurants for each stop.

We had a great day touring 4 villages. The scenery was magnificent. You can see that this area started as sleepy fishing villages but the inhabitants have embraced the tourism aspect. Our tour guide Nathan Smith and our bus driver did a great job. We visited on a national holiday and everywhere was full of people but we could still were able to find spots for drinks and lunch and much appreciated drinks again!

This was a great trip to Cinque Terre. It was wonderful that we did not have to think about traveling there or in between the towns. The tour guides were very helpful and supportive. They made sure we knew exactly what train we needed to be on/which stops to get off at. The time in each town was perfect. On the way back, the AC in the bus was not working well- which made for a sticky and warm ride home. Overall this was well worth it!
