This cooking class was the best part of our stay! We had the best time and our chef was amazing and very energetic. Pasta and tiramisu are not that hard and the reward was worth it. Sharing their beautiful cooking experience with the group was like a real Italian family meal.

Really, if you’re in Florence take this class! Our chef was awesome - so informative and made everything so much fun. We learned laughed and ate homemade pasta and tiramisu that were the most wonderful we have ever tasted. It was such a deliciously and rewarding way to see the city.

We LOVED The Tour Guy’s Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class! It was such a wonderful way to learn more about Florentine culture from rolling of the pasta to the making of the tiramisu was fun. We learned alot not only about how to cook but about Italian culinary traditions. The fresh, tasty food we made ourselves with excellent local wine was an experience.

Hands-On Fun & Delicious Rewards

This Pasta and Tiramisu Cooking Class was a delightful mix of learning and fun. Our chef was wonderful – patient and funny. We were taught the real way to create fresh pasta from scratch and moulded various types before we progressed to the heavenly tiramisu recipe. The kitchen itself was well supplied and had a nice, warm Italian feel. The best part other than the cooking was definitely breaking bread together. I returned home stuffed and confidently armed with new cooking skills.

This was a class that did not make true Italian cooking feel out of reach or difficult! From kneading dough to assembling tiramisu every step was clearly explained. The chef was friendly and full of passion and the food was so delicious and can’t wait to make it at home.
