Step into Fontaleoni's historic estate
Arrive at Fontaleoni, a family-run winery founded in 1959. A sommelier welcomes you into the cellar and walks you through the estate's evolution from mixed farming to producing some of the region's finest Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti.
Savor four wines and a traditional Tuscan feast
Settle in for the kind of lunch Tuscany does best. Taste four estate wines as you work through a spread of traditional appetizers, handmade pasta with tomato sauce, ribollita, and cantucci biscuits dipped in sweet Vin Santo. It's unhurried, indulgent, and exactly what wine country afternoons were made for.
Travel to Poggio ai Laghi between two lakes
Back in your private transport, you'll glide deeper into Chianti toward Poggio ai Laghi, an estate perched on a plateau between Lago Oscuro and Lago di Sant'Antonio. The unique microclimate here makes it ideal for growing Sangiovese, Merlot, and Vermentino.
Taste wines, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
Your second sommelier-led tasting includes six carefully selected wines that showcase the estate's signature elegance. Between sips, you'll sample their rich olive oil, aged balsamic vinegar, cured meats, and brushetta.
Relax on the return drive to Florence

Our tour guide Lori was informative, friendly with a great sense of humour. The 2 wineries were different experiences , tastings were well organised and informative. Nice small group. Great tour. We would highly recommend this tour.

The guide Scirin was so kind and explained the Chianti history so well! The tour was very organized and complete. Logistics 10/10. Also, the amount of wine they pour in each winery is very generous, and that was a big plus. Book without fear! The Tour Guy really surprised me! I’ll for sure book another experience with them in the Future.

We loved our Tuscany Winery Hopping Tour! Our tour guide, Lori, was fantastic. We enjoyed learning from her as we drove to the wineries, and the scenery was beautiful. We really enjoyed the contrast of experiencing a large winery and a family owned smaller winery. And the food and wine were fantastic! We highly recommend!

My wife and parents booked this tour while in Florence and super happy that we did. Our tour guide, Lorenzo, provided valuable information about the region and their traditions. Wine and food at the two wineries were great. We bought a bunch of wine and balsamic vinegar from each place. I'd highly recommend this tour for anyone that is in Florence for a few days. It was nice to get out of the city and see the countryside.

Was not sure how it would go bringing 4 kids to a wine tasting, but it was awesome! Everyone was very accommodating and it was a great experience, beautiful views and amazing wine! We went to two vineyards, both were very good. The 1st was bigger and had a larger selection, wines were really good. Coat to ship home was all included but the overall cost was more. A/C inside was amazing on a hot day and the food was great. Balsamic vinegar and truffle oil were also amazing. 2nd stop was a family run vineyard. View and atmosphere was amazing, as was the lunch. Wine was good, but not as many styles and not as good overall. Prices were much cheaper for bottles but did not include shipping, so that evens it out some, still cheaper overall. Really enjoyed their whites/blush. Our guide Lorenzo was amazing. Lots of great info provided about Florence and even Rome. Was a great experience, would recommend to anyone!
