I don't know art very well, but Marta made it come alive with her descriptions of the "important" pieces. I got to understand why certain pieces were critical and why certain painters were masters or like Marta said Painters with a capital "P"

Our family enjoyed everything about this tour. The gallery is gorgeous. The art is breathtaking. Our tour guide, Leticia (Letty), made it all come alive with her vast knowledge. We learned a lot and especially enjoyed her dry sense of humor.

The Uffizi Art gallery is loaded with art history. You definitely need a guide to point out the key pieces amongst the many others.
