My wife and I booked this tour not having any experience with The Tour Guy and were grateful to have been totally impressed with the quality of the guide! I wish I could remember her name, but she was knowledgeable and kind and did a wonderful job! We will definitely be using Tour Guy on future trips!

It was a great experience. First of all, Loredana is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, and we enjoyed our tour. Secondly, The Tour Guy almost immediately responded to our texts and emails with questions about meeting times and alternative tours when we were trying to rearrange our plans. Great customer service.

Although good information it was too much information to absorb. Calling out highlights would be better. Difficult to hear and overly drawn out.

Because the initial group was over the size limit, the tour was split into 2 groups and we were lucky enough to have Laura as our guide with just 8 members. She explained everything in just enough detail to tie everything together but didnt waste time on uninteresting factoids. With a degree in art history she was able to answer any and all questions our group had. In the uffizi her depth of knowledge was especially apparent as she dialogued with a current art history student. She was also very kind and accommodating towards any stragglers who spent too much time in the gift shop (us). Would recommend her to anyone without reservation!

My wife, our five-year-old son, and I had an incredible time on this tour. We went on Sunday, March 30th. Our tour guide, whose name I can’t recall but who had a common Italian name and blonde curly hair, kept the tour engaging and enjoyable throughout. She was active and involved, even walking and talking with our son. The six-hour tour felt surprisingly short and was the perfect time for everything Our guide even encouraged us to sit down when we could to rest our feet. She was truly exceptional and made our trip to Florence unforgettable. She brought our group to a coffee shop called Paszkowski, where we had the best cappuccino and croissant I’ve ever had. We went back for breakfast the next day because it was so delicious. Overall, this tour was amazing, and we are incredibly grateful to our guide for making our trip to Florence so perfect. If you’re considering booking this tour, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!

Excellent tour of Florence. . .we didn't spend a lot of time in the Accademia Gallery but I did not feel rushed when we went to see the statue of David (which is the main reason you're going to the Accademia anyway). The walking tour was informative, and I thought our guide was fantastic (Claudia). She gave us great info on the history of Florence and keep everyone engaged. The Uffizi Museum was great. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour.
