Your tour begins at Hotel Danieli gondola station
Head to the gondola station in front of Hotel Danieli on Riva degli Schiavoni, then step into your shared gondola. Settle in as the gondolier pushes off for a 30-minute Grand Canal cruise.
Cruise the Grand Canal
Next, glide along Venice’s main waterway, passing historic buildings and busy boat traffic. From your seat, catch reflections in the canal and experience the everyday rhythm of the city moving by water.
Float past classic Venetian façades
Then, drift by a changing lineup of old palaces and waterfront details, from arched windows to striped mooring poles. It's an easy way to take in Venice’s unique architecture without needing to navigate the crowds on foot.
Take in the Grand Canal’s lively atmosphere

Your tour ends at Hotel Danieli gondola station

Accessibility: Unfortunately, this experience is not wheelchair accessible due to uneven streets, small bridges, and getting in and out of the gondola.
Gondola Ride: Your gondola ride is a shared experience, with each boat accommodating up to five guests. A professional gondolier will operate the boat, but please note that this portion of the tour is not guided. The ride lasts approximately 25 to 30 minutes, including the time needed to board and disembark.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can depart on time.

This was our first time in Venice and we booked a boat ride for 4 of us. Unfortunately, we were late because we didn't realize that we would have to walk across the town to get to the stop. As I mentioned, we were new to Venice and underestimated the time. However, our guide helped us to squeeze in and we had a wonderful boat ride!

Locating the guide was difficult, and it was mass chaos, it was at the main gondola entrance/exit by the square. The route was crowded and we seemed to be on a ride at Disney rather than a gondola in Venice. I would recommend. For the price to get the pics but not a memorable experience.
