Highly recommend. Marco is a native. We ate lunch at the oldest cafe, They serve a great turkey and cheese panini and the tiramisu was good too. Vistor’s tip-public restrooms don’t open until 930 am. Plan accordingly!

This tour does exactly what it says, shows you the highlights of Venice in one day. The morning was spent walking around Venice by our knowledgeable guide. At the conclusion of the walking tour we had a 30 minute Gondola ride which was lovely. After this we had free time for lunch or whatever we wanted to do. Straight after lunch we visited the Basilica di San Marco and then Palazzo Ducale (Doge's Palace). Both of these were fascinating and concluded a great tour.

Marina was an incredible tour guide. I think we were very fortunate to have gotten her. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had. After seeing all the crazy long lines, this was definitely the way to go!!

I was part of 12 family members taking this tour. The tour guide we had in the morning was nice & knowledgeable, however due to illness or something, she did not return for the afternoon portion. Someone else took over the tour from 1:30-3:30. We were taken to the Doge Palace & spent the next 2 hrs inside the palace. That was way too long. It was hot & boring. Six in my group left the tour. We were never taken to the Rialto bridge which was supposed to be part of the tour. I have nothing negative to say about the tour guides, both were good. I think the 2nd tour guide was thrown in there & didn't know what we saw or didn't see, so she used up the remainder of the time in the palace which was way too long. The gondola ride was amazing.
