Your tour will begin at Pont de l'Alma metro station, located at Cafe Pierre Herme, Pl. de la Résistance, 75007 Paris. A representative will be there holding a sign with our company name on it. Your tour will end at the entry of the Versailles Gardens.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water with you. We also recommend wearing a pair of comfortable shoes as there is quite a bit of walking involved, especially if you want to spend more time in the gardens.

We arrived late to the tour so missed our group. The staff was very accommodating and got us in a later group. The guide was informative and easy to hear w/ the ear phones so you could walk around and take pictures while listening to his insight. Appreciated his tips for walking around the gardens and the city of Versailles. Beware long lines for the golf carts and tram. It is a lot of walking on a warm day. The crowds are daunting.

We met our tour guides at the point agreed upon and were given colored stickers. After our group left the train station we were left behind at the entrance of Versailles and separated from the other people in our group and told to wait for yet another group. We were singled out for some reason and had to wait in the cold wind and drizzle while the others entered the palace. Very unhappy with this tour operator. The tour guide we ultimately were given was very knowledgeable and he apologized profusely about what happened even though it wasn’t his fault.

Great thing about this tour is that they meet you in Paris, guide you to and through Versailles Palace, then you are free to spend as much time as you want seeing more of the palace, the gardens, Trianon, Petite Trianon, and the Queen’s Hamlet. Then your return train to Paris is included.

Our tour of Versailles was well worth the money. Melanie was very knowledgeable and expertly led us through the palace. She provided very clear instructions on taking the train, getting to the gardens, etc. In addition the audio headset was great - we could hear her at all times.
