After a smooth 30-minute train ride, arrive near the Palace of Versailles. Your guide sets the scene with the history of Louis XIV’s grand estate during the 15-minute walk to the entrance.
Head inside the Palace of Versailles with timed entry tickets

Good to know:
Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible due to multiple staircases at each train station. If you have questions or concerns about your mobility, please contact us in advance.
ID Requirement: Please bring a valid government-issued ID, it may be required for entry into the Palace of Versailles.
Bag Policy: Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not allowed on this tour.
Tour Changes: The Palace of Versailles can close without notice for official state events; in such cases, we will be in touch to reschedule.
Dress Code: Flat, comfortable shoes are strongly recommended due to extensive walking, parquet floors inside the palace, and cobblestone paths in the gardens.
Return Journey: Please be aware that this tour does not include a guided train journey back to Paris. Your guide will provide you with train tickets to use at your leisure. The train station is a 15-minute walk from the Palaces of Versailles entrance.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can enter sites on time.
Train delays: Occasionally, trains are interrupted in Paris, and your train journey may take longer than 30 minutes.

Palace of Versailles is such an elaborate building. The gardens are beautiful. Helin explained how to tour and provided knowledgeable background on the castle and it's inhabitants. You can tell she loves it. She kept good track of us and made our tour comfortable.

Loved taking the train out to Versailles as well as the guided tour of the palace. Our guide was GREAT and very knowledgeable. And it was nice to then have as much time to explore the gardens and the city before taking the train back to Paris. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect tour to get introduced to Paris and French opulence. Veronique was lovely. The information was interesting and engaging. The only downside is the number of people they allow inside Versailles at one time, it's crowded.

Our tour guide was very helpful in navigating the transit system and was very informative on our tour guide she made sure we understood how to navigate back to Paris on the train and even gave us recommendations for lunch in the area. Our tour was very well organized and I appreciate that very much. Was a great tour and we would highly recommend!

This was an excellent tour. There is so much to see expect to spend a few hours. Our guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and entertaining as well. The tour part was inside and there is so much to see. It was quite crowded when we visited so it felt so good to get outside into the grounds. Also amazing.
