It was a great tour but the summit was closed after we purchased out ticket. Could you refund the part of the ticket to allow us to go to the top please

Our guided tour of the Eiffel Tower was fantastic! Our guide was fun and so knowledgeable. His strategy for getting us to the top was priceless. Highly recommend this tour.

Bao ( not sure of spelling) was very good showing pictures & explaining the history. We had a great time & thanks for asking for a review that wasn’t through Google as they ask for too much personal information so I won’t do a review through them.

Had to wait in line for an hour for tix. Guide was very nice and knowledgeable but very soft spoken. Heard very little of what she said.

Eiffel Tower tour to the summit

I was excited for my Eiffel Tower tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The guide was a bit underwhelming and didn’t engage as much as I had hoped. Additionally, we were supposed to visit the summit, but that portion was canceled — despite having paid for it. While I appreciated seeing the main levels, I was disappointed that the summit experience wasn’t included, as it was a major part of the tour I booked.

We had a very enjoyable tour guide for our tour to the summit. I failed to remember our guide’s name but he was very entertaining but also very informative for everything.

The Eiffel Tour is a bit hectic. Our guide Adebayo was incredible. His experience and tenure of facilitating the tour was top notch. I highly recommend doing a guided tour to get the most value and also guidance for getting to the summit.
