Your tour begins at Avenue Elisée Reclus
You'll meet your guide in Avenue Elisée Reclus alongside a small group of 20 people or fewer. Your guide will share captivating stories about the tower's controversial construction while handling your tickets, so you can soak in those first stunning views of this iconic monument.
Security checkpoint and 2nd floor elevator
After a quick security check, you'll ride the elevator 377 feet up to the 2nd-floor observation deck. The city unfolds below, spot the Arc de Triomphe, the green ribbon of the Champs-Élysées, and Notre Dame's famous towers.
Summit elevator ride
Next, a glass-walled elevator carries you to the top visitor level, 905 feet above the streets. From up here, Paris stretches to the horizon in every direction. You can peek into Gustave Eiffel's original office or grab Champagne at the bar.
1st floor glass floor experience
Then you'll head back down to the 1st floor, where a magical experience awaits. You'll walk across a suspended glass floor 182 feet above the ground, watching the River Seine wind directly beneath your feet.

Had issues getting to the tower. The taxi did not drop us off at the correct location even after giving address. Traveling with 2 children and 1 with a broken ankle made us late. The guide still did our tour even with being late.

Fantastic tour! Our guide met us at the Eiffel Tower entrance 20 minutes early, and despite the freezing morning, she delivered an excellent experience. She was warm, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the history of the tower’s construction with ease. Her English was fluent, and she guided us through to the second level before providing our tickets to access the summit, just as promised. My wife and I truly enjoyed the tour and would absolutely recommend it

Carmelle was an amazing tour guide with incredible knowledge about the Eiffel Tower. Although you still have to wait in line with your group to get through security and to the elevator, she was super diligent in making sure we got ahead as quickly as possible by communicating with the box office and security staff. I highly recommend Carmelle and this tour!
