Your tour begins at Avenue Elisée Reclus
You'll meet your guide in Avenue Elisée Reclus alongside a small group of 20 people or fewer. Your guide will share captivating stories about the tower's controversial construction while handling your tickets, so you can soak in those first stunning views of this iconic monument.
Security checkpoint and 2nd floor elevator
After a quick security check, you'll ride the elevator 377 feet up to the 2nd-floor observation deck. The city unfolds below, spot the Arc de Triomphe, the green ribbon of the Champs-Élysées, and Notre Dame's famous towers.
Summit elevator ride
Next, a glass-walled elevator carries you to the top visitor level, 905 feet above the streets. From up here, Paris stretches to the horizon in every direction. You can peek into Gustave Eiffel's original office or grab Champagne at the bar.
1st floor glass floor experience
Then you'll head back down to the 1st floor, where a magical experience awaits. You'll walk across a suspended glass floor 182 feet above the ground, watching the River Seine wind directly beneath your feet.
Your tour finishes on the 1st floor

We really enjoyed our tour guide. She was enthusiastic and her English was perfect. Very fun and informative. The tour itself was just ok though and not sure it’s worth the money. You don’t get to skip the line and there’s nothing else much to it.

The guide was in panic mode most of the tour. Why bother offering summit visits if it stresses everyone out - will we get tickets, will they close it, will people jump the line. The guide got in an altercation with another tourist, slapping was involved. The guide was way to hung up on other people breaking rules, it was comical. His spiel included dumb things like a woman marrying the Eiffel Tower. Sorry, not a quality tour. We should have just done it ourselves. I think Tour Guy has some great guides because the one we had at Versailles was top class. This one was a doozy, unprofessional, disorganized and his historic presentation was lack lustre & way too long.

Our tour guide was lovely - so knowledgeable and so sweet. She did a great job. But I must be honest …as delightful as it was to be up at the top of the Eiffel Tower, we were disappointed by the amount of waiting in line we needed to do. It was our understanding that by buying passes in advance from a company such as yours, we would avert spending hours & hours in line, but that was not the case. At all! We waited for (in total) 2+ hours of our three hour trip to the Eiffel Tower. We could have paid 34€ each but instead we spent close to $450 for our family of 5. It was not worth the money at all.

I’m sorry but I accidentally booked for the wrong date (I booked it on the same day I was booking it and I was still here in Baltimore so it was obviously an error on my part).
