Accessibility: Both the Palace of Versailles and its gardens are wheelchair accessible, with some limitations. Please reach out to us after booking to make proper arrangements.
Ticket Information: Your ticket to the Palace of Versailles is attached to this tour and only valid with it. If you miss your start time, we regret that we cannot issue your ticket.
Dress Code: Flat, comfortable shoes are strongly recommended due to extensive walking, parquet floors inside the palace, and cobblestone paths in the gardens.
Bag Policy: Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not allowed on this tour.
Tour Changes: The Palace of Versailles can close without notice for official state events; in such cases, then we will be in touch with an alternative plan.
ID Requirement: Please bring a valid government-issued ID.

Our tourguide, Anna, was AMAZING. She provided great background stories pertaining to each of the areas we visited, and always painted a colorful, vivid picture of all the characters being described. Thanks to her I can now easily tell the difference between Louis 14, 15 and 16 :-D I bought the tour for my parents who were visiting from California. My mom is a bit limited in her mobility and Anna picked up on it right away and made sure throughout the entire tour that my mom always felt empowered to stop and rest if needed, as well as periodically checking in on my mom's energy. Anna was a true champion and helped make the tour as accessible as possible for my mom.
