Frankly it was really bad. The tour guide barely gave information or just informationso basic anyone would know it. Plus he has quite an attitude whenever you asked questions. Everything was rushed and no real experience of the place. I would have appreciated a map or floor plan to the palace, for the price we pay. I am extremely disapointed in the tour guy. I had a tour ro The Vatican before with The tour guy and was so happy for such an intelligent, comprehensive and lively tour that I retained you for Versailles. Not anymore. The experience was rushed and condescending to us.
Also, the instructions for the meeting point were confusing. Very. I got lost and barely made it. And I wasnt the only one.

Would not have done it any other way. The luxury bus was comfortable and got us to the palace so quickly. Our tour guide exceeded expectations and we gained so much knowledge about the palace!

Our tour guide was very professional and had a good plan on how to fit in all of the important features of the palace. She was well versed in the history and the information she gave put the history in context. Organization was perfect, we left and returned in time. The bus was very comfortable.
