I bought 2 tickets for the cruise and when I went to board they said I needed a QR code which was not provided to me. I called customer service and they kept me on hold and didn’t send me a QR code till 1 hour after the last cruise left. I ended up having to buy 2 more tickets as it was our last night in Paris. So I ended up paying double for my cruise. And the customer service for the Tour Guy refused to give me a refund after I communicated and explained the situation to them numerous times. Just buy the tickets when you get to the dock, it’s easier and you won’t have to deal with all the ridiculousness that I had to deal with.
