Entry tickets: Entrance to Notre-Dame Cathedral of Paris is free and open to all. The services offered (guided tour, exterior visit, accompaniment) are independent from access to the building.
Dress Code: Respectful clothing is required to enter Notre Dame Cathedral. Both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees. Guests who do not meet the dress code may be refused entry.
Accessibility: Notre Dame Cathedral welcomes visitors in wheelchairs with dedicated accommodations and specific facilities to ensure accessibility.

Avi, our tour guide for both the Notre Dame AND Louvre tours on the same day, was a star! He was able convey both the political, religious, and historical backgrounds to both venues in a logical and concise manner. He set the context and basis for the what you will see over the 1.5 and 3 hrs tours respectively. The tours were broken up physically with periods of time sitting and standing. As well, he was able to maintain your attention with “pop quizzes”, by asking the group random questions pertaining to history and other random, but pertinent topics. Overall, well-organized,, lots of ability to ask questions (if you like) at a reasonable pace. As always, one could spend many more hours/days at these sites, however you leave with a much greater appreciation for the history that surrounds you.

It was nice to have a guide describing what we were seeing. Entrance to Notre Dame is free but you don’t get any information without a guide. We also did not wait in line.

Our experience couldn’t have been any better. Marianne was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Notre Dame. She met us just as described and soon had us enthralled. She took photos with her phone and zoomed in to help us see what she was describing on the facade. She made the interior come alive for us.
