Our tour guide, Hamid, was very personable and fun. Very knowledgeable about the area. During the Seine cruise, he pointed out a lot of landmarks and neat facts about Paris. And taking the Eiffel tower tour right to the top was a once in a lifetime experience/opportunity. It was quite a cold evening when we had this tour but we think this helped make the lines for the elevator quite short. Our guide commented that he has never seen the lines so short which was a fantastic bonus for us.

Our evening on the Seine was beautiful, followed by the tour to the Eiffel Tower. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The elevator to the top shut down just before we got in line and the Tour Guy refunded a partial credit which was appreciated. Overall, recommend this tour to keep your trip to the Eiffel tour seamless.

Our tour guide, Hafid Assaoui, was exceptional! He was friendly, entertaining, well-prepared, and knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I were the only people to attend the tour & cruise in our time slot, and, without missing a beat, Mr. Assaoui adapted his style to deliver a fully personalized experience. Mr. Assaoui not only provided useful info about the sites along the Seine River and the Eiffel Tower itself, but also graciously imparted practical tips that helped to enrich our trip and answered all manner of general questions to our full satisfaction.
