Our tour of the Palace of Versailles was our second tour with the "Tour Guy" in two days. Julia was extremely organized and knowledgeable. She made a very large and overwhelming area manageable and enjoyable. Her depth of knowledge was impressive. Highly recommend Julia and "The Tour Guy".

Our tour guide was not only really knowledgeable about Versailles but also very friendly and we all loved his sense of humor. It's weekends so it's really crowded but he was navigating us through the crowd very smoothly. Thank you so much, I would really recommend taking the tour if you plan to visit Versailles!

A comprehensive tour, however, the voice was muffled most of the time and it was difficult to understand the presenter. The knowledge of Elliott was very good but often we could not hear it properly. The transmitters need to be upgraded. Also the bus driver was holding and speaking to a friend on his mobile the entire trip to Versailles on a freeway travelling at 100 km, also partially on the way back, he was distracted and this was very dangerous. In Australia this would be a chargeable offense and perhaps a prison time.

This 3.5 hour tour was the perfect amount of time. The tour bus picked us up at 11am, we got to the front palace gates at 11:20am! Our guide took us to the "tours only" line and we skipped the insane lineup at the front gates. Our guide had great stories! Tour ended around 1:45 in the gardens and we met back at the tour bus at 2:30 and got back to Paris at 2:55. The perfect amount of time for our group of 6. All the staff were so organized and coordinated, and their "tour guy" signs were all very clear and easy to follow. Thank you so much tour guy!
