The tour was very impressive. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience memorable. She pointed out areas of interest, giving detailed history and made us all feel lucky to be there. When the tour ended, we were able to stay for mass, inside the Pantheon. Incredible. Highly recommend this tour.

Alexandra (Alex) made the Pantheon and its surroundings truly come alive. I was already a huge fan of this structure, but she added so much. Full of information, full of enthusiasm, knew the surrounding area because she grew up and attended school in the Pantheon district. Highly recommend this tour!

Incredible guide! Our favorite tour the whole trip!

This was an exceptional tour with a truly expert guide! Alex, our guide, couldn't have been more amazing! We could have listened to her for hours! We honestly wished the tour was longer as she was a wealth of knowledge! Alex shared stories as well from her childhood days playing in the area of the Pantheon and knew incredible details about the Pantheon and surrounding area. We could tell she had a true passion for architecture, history, and archeology. Whenever we are in Rome again - we would book any tour with this company and with Alex! Our tour guide was wonderful. She grew up down the street from the Pantheon. She really knew the history, ancient and during her lifetime. I highly recommend Alex.

Unforgettable: The guide never showed up

I was at the location early. When my guide never showed, I quickly found another TheTourGuy guide, who brought me to the location that he said was where my tour usually starts from. He also introduced me to Tripou guide. He ultimately got me in to the Pantheon after I paid him another 10 Euro. I used my Rick Steves audio to get the info about the Pantheon. Disappointed: Yes! Want a refund: Most definitely! I booked five trips in Rome with The Tour Guy. Four out of five were Great! And I know there was a transit strike the day of this tour. But I made it to the venue. The Tour Guy’s partner on this one: Doooing Experience gets an “F” this time. Ward Schendel
