Serena was an amazing tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions. I have had tour guides in the past and many were not as good as her. She also helped us get to where we were going after by giving instructions

Tour was great and Mike, our Guy, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and seems to be a Roma historian. Great info and insight .

Fantastic Tour!!

Francesco was an excellent tour guide. He engaged us in the tour and had awesome tips about other sites to see, restaurants, markets, etc. I learned so much about the Colosseum and the Forum. Highly recommend The Roman Guy tours and tours with Francesco. We got so much more out of the tour than if we tried to do it on our own.

There were only 3 couples in our group, a perfect size for a semi-private tour, and we had Francesco as our guide. He is very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable! We skipped all the lines. Highly recommended this tour.

Not great at the colosseum

Terrible coordination getting started. Booked through tour guy but run by let's see italy. On site meeting point had an hour delay getting us on a tour. One of our headsets stopped working one hour into a three hour tour. Girl who gave tour was good but representative at start was having a bad day to say the least. Rude and condescending telling us our paperwork and emails were wrong. Arrived at 8:32 AM for a 9 AM start. Said we couldn't check in because we were too early and to wait around. Got a text saying we were late for checking in and we had been standing next to her for 45 minutes. Gave our phone to her and she argued with someone from the tour guide and finally got us checked in and on a tour about an hour late. Guessing the problem was that this tour was booked through the tour guide but not run by them. Disappointed i missed a bunch of information from our guide because she was good when I could hear her. We had a tour the day before booked and ran by the tour guy at the Vatican- it was great. Our guide was extremely informative and I would recommend that tour.

Great, interesting and informative tour

Fabiola is a wonderful tour guide. I learned a lot about the history of Rome, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. It was a packed but fun and interesting 3 hours.

Don’t miss this small group tour!!

Fabiola was an incredible guide for this tour. She moved us through the many highlights effortlessly. Her knowledge of the history of the ruins added so much to this experience. Timing in each area of the tour was perfect!!

Colosseum and Roman forum with Alessia - October 11,2025

This semi private tour of the Palatine Hill, Roman Forum and Colosseum with Alessia was a top notch experience! Alessia was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and informative - my husband and I learned so many new things which helped us fully appreciate what we were seeing! The tour was intimate with just a few other people, and well organized and well paced, allowing for plenty of time to take in all the sites. Highly recommend!
