Meet at the green souvenir kiosk in front of the Colosseo metro stop, located just outside the lower level entry. A friendly representative will be there holding a sign with our company name on it.
Government-issued ID for entrance to the Colosseum. Archaeological sites have uneven terrain so we recommend wearing comfortable sneakers. Bring sunscreen and a water bottle during the hot summer months.

Alfredo was an amazing tour guide! Not only was he friendly and engaging, and a very experienced tour guide, he really knew his stuff since he studied archaeology and even did a dig on the site many years ago. So educational, interesting and fun!

The only thing that worked less for us was being with two 11 year old girls who's English wasn't great so for them it was less suitable. Perhaps should have the tour in more langauges.

Our Colosseum tour with Roman Forum and Palatine Hill was absolutely unforgettable! Having a guided tour made all the difference—our guide Elena (who looked like Hermione Granger from Harry Potter) was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Roman history. She brought the ancient ruins to life with fascinating stories, historical context, and fun facts that we would’ve totally missed on our own. Walking through the Colosseum and imagining the roar of the crowds was surreal, and the views from Palatine Hill were stunning. The Roman Forum was like stepping back in time, and our guide made sure we understood the significance of what we were seeing without overwhelming us with too much information. The tour was well-paced, organized, and easy to follow, even with the crowds. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome for the first time—you’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for the city’s incredible history and architecture. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Did the tour with Laura and was a great time. She was a very knowledgeable, friendly guide.
Beautiful sites to view and amazing considering all built by hand.
Be aware, this is a pretty strenuous tour if not in great shape but is doable. We went in early April but I would have not made it if we went in the heat of summer (that is a me problem, not a reflection of the tour btw)

It is a real challenge to take in all that you see on a tour like this! So much time has passed since these places were inhabited and used by the Romans. A very skilled actor would possibly be the choice for a guide, than a historian or academic. But we did love the tour...

Organization and planning were great. Eleonora was very good at guiding and explaining relevant things, keeping the information at an interesting and accessible level. The earpieces worked well to hear her. We had a torrential downpour of rain as we were finishing up at the forum, and she handled the challenge well. Totally recommend.
