Tour leader was good and informative. Just one thing that bothered me. Perhaps next time, the Tour leader can be more 'firm' with other visitors who are NOT part of our group trying to 'hijack' and eavesdrop to our her explanations. They are cheap and trying to get a free tour! There were a group of 2 couples- one of the females who didnt seem to show respect for Vatican City by chewing gum . I noticed they were timing their casual walk - either infront or behind us - just in time to listen to our tour leader. This happened in at least 5 areas. If the leader can sense that there are people trying to get free explanation, turn to them, look them in the eyes and ask firmly "Excuse me, can we help you? Please move on!" This i'm sure will embarrass them because they know they are being noticed. I paid close to 300 euros for my family and feel it is unflair people are trying to get a free tour.

The tour itself was very informative and our guide did an excellent job! Just as a heads up for other tour takers- the idea of the tour at closing gave the impression that it would be fewer people, but it was extremely crowded. Before we met our guide, we were herded to some trash covered steps to wait with gobs of people until our group was called. Our Tour guide was VERY skilled at getting us in and through the security which made the experience improve greatly! And, our actual group wasn't overly large, so we could hear and follow easily. Overall, we loved it. So incredible to be able to be there!

Our guide, Guido, said he'd been doing tours of the Vatican for the last 18 years and I really believe it - so knowledgeable and with a great presence. The group was about 11 people plus guide, which was perfect. Everything went really smoothly from the meeting point (very clearly communicated) to the end. Would absolutely recommend.

Tour was excellent. Knowledgeable guide taking us through highlights of the Vatican Museum and ending with the Sistine Chapel. He helped bring many of the pieces in the museum to life and helped navigate very well.

We had an excellent guide, Laura, who did a great job providing historical context and information. Her enthusiasm for the subject matter was greatly appreciated as it was conveyed through her tour presentation. We appreciate the difficulties of navigating such a massive collection while navigating the steady stream of visitors. Bravo, well done.

Excellent support before start when id cards left at hotel. Tour great but might have been better if walking around the Forum as well as looking down on it. would be better if Palatine Hill domii included and then only looking down on Forum.
