Near the Vatican Museums entrance, between TMark Hotel Vaticano and Caffé Vaticano. At the top of the big staircase (Viale Vaticano, 100), our representative will be there holding a sign with our company name on it. From here, you’ll be shown through the security checkpoint and given your skip-the-line tickets.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing some comfortable shoes for walking around. You’ll also need to cover your knees and shoulders whilst in the Vatican, so please bring a shawl/scarf to wear. Camera tripods and large backpacks aren’t allowed in the museums, so please leave them at your hotel.

I didn’t sign up for the option with a tour, so they just handed me my ticket, explained what line to get in, and then I was on my own. It’s definitely cheaper to get your own ticket I just didn’t plan far enough ahead to get the time I needed.
The people were nice and answered all our questions about where to go and what to do.

I saw alot of museum in my whole life ! But this is the best ! I said..one hourit's enogh.. and I exit.. good joke ! I spent two hours and half and i was not in a hurry ,i could spent more time.Very beautifull memories!

We bought €20/25 tickets for €50 as we thought we couldn’t buy skip the line tickets on line. We also thought we had bought the ticket that came with a tour guide. Clearly our fault. The Vatican has its own website where you can buy timed tickets without any mark up. Really wouldn’t mind some mark up for the service but double seems excessive.
The staff we met were very kind and we were disappointed that we didn’t have the tour but they recommended we got the audio guide once inside.
An absolutely amazing place to see, with more and more wonderful things around each corner.

The tour guides were easy to locate at the meet up site, friendly, and helpful. Our tickets were given to us right on time, and we were given verbal directions for where to go; we were not guided through security as the description says—not an issue for us, but something to consider if you want more support to find the correct line to stand in.
