Great tour

It was very nice to have an experienced guide like Marina guide us through the Vatican. She was very knowledgeable and added a great deal. I would recommend. Once you get to St. Peter's, you are on your own.

Fantastic and Insightful!!

Lenora was a wonderful guide for our tour of the Vatican. She greeted us and made us feel welcome immediately. We started right away and she shared important history and notable features of the art. She took us to well known art and art she also found interesting - we got an insider’s perspective which was fabulous. I now know what granite is from Egypt, the artists in Raphael’s fresco, and why Michelangelo didn’t use blue on the ceiling of the Sistine chapel but did on the wall. Every detail was appreciated. Clearly she was a master guide as many people greeted her with warmth throughout the tour. She answered all our many questions and was a talented storyteller. She even took the opportunity to alert us that a priest in the Sistine chapel could give us a blessing. It was so appreciated. Every aspect was perfect. She has our highest recommendation!

Fabiola is the best!

Our guide Fabiola was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things I feel many other guides would have missed. Her love for her city and culture is very apparent, and she is a wealth of information. We saw her the following day outside the Colosseum and she sat with us while we waited for our tour. She gave us invaluable information as to what else we need to see in Rome. We can't thank her enough!!!!!

Fantastic Vatican tour

Oh My Gosh Laura was AMAZING! We absolutely had THE BEST tour and it was all because of her. She was passionate, a WEALTH of knowledge, and an absolute force to be reckoned with in getting us through the crowds to see and experience everything in such detail and with great understanding. A Perfect Way to See the Vatican

This was the big-ticket tour for us and it was well worth it! After being part of a number of group tours (20-30 people), we splurged on a private tour of the area we really wanted to see. Giovanni was superb in his knowledge of the Vatican attractions and respectful of our somewhat slower pace. We were able to go ahead of even the "skip the line" lines and were able to spend more time looking at the collections, rather than traveling in a herd. At the beginning of the tour, Giovanni spent time briefing us on the art of the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, because once inside talking is limited and photos are prohibited. When we got there he took us past the massive crowd stacked up in the center of the room, to the far end where we could see the amazing progression of the story. We highly recommend this tour!
