Fantastic Tour!!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour! Better than even anticipated! Marilayna (not sure of spelling) or "M" as my husband called her, was the best tour guide we have ever had on an excursion. She has a phenomenal personality, wealth of knowledge of the area, and brought a group from all over the world together and bridged friendships, laughter, and a great day of sharing to all of us! We have recommended this tour to everyone we have talked with and enjoyed it so much, we want to take it again in the future! Thank you again for an absolutely amazing experience for our first trip to Italy! Love you "M"!!!!

Excellent Tour

Mario was a wonderful guide as he took us on the fun excursion. It is not for the faint of heart as parts of it were quite an uphill climb but well worth it. Mario gave us helpful and interesting facts and took good of care of us. The lunch and winery were nice as was the city of Pienza. We had a great time! Thanks Mario!

Awe-Inspiring

Well organized action packed day. Civita di Bagnoregio left me speechless. I feel special to have been able to see it and walk the streets. Tge winery was a relaxing, tummy pleasing time with an amazing view...staff kept our wine glasses full and our plates never empty. Our guide, Mary, is a beautiful, kind lady, full of so much knowledge and history of Italy and the area. Our driver, Mustafa, ensured we were all comfortable and safe. Thank you both for going over and above to ensure we were happy! I would definately book another tour with The Tour Guy. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Tuscany Bliss

Mari was an absolute treasure! This was the absolute BEST tour experience we had over the two week trip, and felt like a friend built an amazing day out for you, 100% recommend and MARI IS THE BEST! The tour exceeded our expectations, felt organized but relaxing, and group experience was much more calm and enjoyable than another tour with a different company we had. We had about 20 people in our group which is smaller than the big group tours (I believe this varies each day, so I would also say going on weekday will be extra chill!), Mari was informative, funny, and centered, making it a comfortable experience - by the end of the tour we were convinced we would choose the Tour Guy over any other companies for their quality and unique experiences!!!

Exciting day

Mario, our guide, did a wonderful job of explaining the history. He was well spoken and knew his stuff. Extremely personable with those who asked questions and very patient either those travelers who were continually holding our group up. Mossafa was our driver and handled the roads with precision. The ride was comfortable and we were comfortable with Mossafa behind the wheel. Overall an excellent day with both men and the history and sites were excellent.

Great Tour

Aupin was a great tour guide Very knowledgeable and engaging Right to the last minute he had so much energy Bagnoreggio and Pienza are pretty little towns Make sure to wear running shoes bc the hike up the bridge is short but steep and it starts and ends with several steps Wine cellar was nice to see Lunch was nice with fresh homemade pasta and wine tasting Overall I would recommend this tour

Beatiful sites, thoughful stops and delicious wine.

We absolutely loved our tour guide, Marilena—“Mar,” “Mari,” or whatever you’d like to call her! 😜 She is intelligent, funny, genuinely interesting, and has such an inspiring life story. She struck the perfect balance between sharing extra historical context for those who wanted it and giving everyone space to relax or catch up on sleep during the drive. Each stop allowed plenty of time to take in the views, snap photos, and even make a quick café stop. Everyone in our group is fairly athletic, so we had no issues with the walking, but the cardio was definitely put to the test—especially under the intense sun. Come prepared with comfortable shoes, water, and sun protection! Unfortunately, there was a fatal accident on the highway during our return trip, which added about 1.5 hours to the drive back to Rome. Of course, that was completely outside the tour’s control. On the bright side, the delay gave us the chance to enjoy a beautiful Italian sunset over the countryside. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a tour we would absolutely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tuscany under theSun

Great tour! Mari was an incredible host along with Marc Anthony’s driving . The trip took is to Tuscany under the sun along with seeing Civita and Pienza and the swap meet at the end of your tour. Overall this was a long day, but it great day. I recommend highly on doing it. GRAZIE Mari & Marc Anthony

Excellent tour

It seemed like it would be a long time but it really wasn't late but it was okay because there were things to see in the traffic, but winery was stunning as was the countryside and the places we stopped.
