Tuscany Day Trip from Rome with Vineyard Lunch and Wine Tasting

At first I didn't know if I should buy this trip because I thought the price was too high, however I gave it a chance and I don't regret it. This tour is incredible, you could never visit these places for a lower price on your own with the comfort that they offer you. The places are beautiful, the transportation is super comfortable, the food is super good. My guide was Sonia on December 24 and she made our trip wonderful. Fun trip, some room for improvement

Montepulciano is a gem. Walking thru the town and seeing the sites was the highlight of the trip. The stop in Fabro was necessary I guess for breakfast and rest rooms but the commercial part was kind of a drag. Not great prices although the products looked good. Lunch at the vineyard was good but suffered from the size of the group. So many people, they had to work an assembly line to serve everyone. The best that could be expected given that parameter. The stop in Pirenze was disappointing. No guide, no prep for what was there, and many businesses were closed. It was late afternoon on a Monday perhaps that was why. Beautiful town, beautiful landscapes surrounding it. But I would have preferred more time in Montepulciano over that stop. And personally would have preferred a smaller group. All in all it was positive and I’m happy I went. Just would have done things differently for parts of it.

Fun filled day

Great tour, Andrea and Tonio kept us safe, organized, and laughing. We learned alot and got to see alot. Montepulciano was a hidden gem. Loved the well planned restroom and snack breaks , the very clear communication and instructions - important as a newcomer to traveling in Italy. Highly recommend this tour.
