This was one of the best parts of our trip! The setting in Frascati is stunning, and the small group made it feel intimate and personal. We learned how to make pasta the traditional way, and the dinner that followed—with wine flowing and laughter around the table—was unforgettable. It’s more than just a class or a tasting; it’s a real cultural experience. Don’t miss it if you want something unique and truly local.

We absolutely loved this experience. it felt like we were stepping into another world. The family hosting us was so warm and welcoming—we could feel the history in the winery. The wine was fantastic (we definitely bought a few bottles to take home), and making pasta from scratch was a highlight. It was hands-on, fun, and surprisingly relaxing. Highly recommend this as a way to see a different, authentic side of Rome.

This experience was an absolute highlight of our trip! Just a short journey from Rome, we were welcomed by a warm local family whose winemaking history goes back centuries. The wine tasting was fantastic—each DOCG wine was unique and paired beautifully with the experience. The pasta-making class was so much fun, and we learned traditional techniques while enjoying the stunning countryside setting. Dinner was delicious, and the small group setting made it feel personal and authentic. If you love Italian food and wine, this is a must-do!
