Alessandro was a great host for this experience. It was like having dinner with a new friend. He shared his knowledge of the food in each course along with details on how it is prepared. He also explained why each wine was chosen and provided information on each one as well as the region of Italy where they were produced. He welcomed our questions and was able to answer all of them thoroughly. I couldn't be happier about deciding to purchase this.
