Good to know:
Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that the route includes riding on beautiful cobblestoned streets and uneven terrain in places, which may result in a bumpy ride.
Dress Code: Wear light, comfortable, and sporty clothes in the summer and comfortable shoes or sneakers.
Weather Advisory: This tour usually runs rain or shine. If your guide deems the weather conditions unsafe for bike riding, the tour will be canceled for your safety. We will do our best to reschedule you for another tour or offer you a full refund.
Children and Infants: Everyone is welcome on this tour. Infants under 5 years of age will sit in a child seat attached to their parent's bike. Children will be accommodated according to their cycling capacities.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can depart on time.

The small group size of just six people was perfect. Our tour did not start bright and early as described. Our guide, Iman, was fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and kept the ride fun while sharing history. The one MAJOR disappointment was that the virtual reality goggles weren’t available, which had been a significant selling point for us when booking. I would recommend the tour, but please double-check that the VR headsets are working before you go. In fact, I think the TourGuy should have offered us a partial refund; thus, the 3-star review. When you pay for a service, you expect it to be delivered.

Electric bike tour is a great way to see Rome. We had a 8am tour and I would suggest you go at that time. Not too much traffic in the streets and not too hot. We traveled all around Rome and the bikes made it so much easier. The only addition I would suggest is to have ear mics so the tour guide could talk to us as we were riding to tell us about the areas we in and what we were passing. There is a great restaurant across the street for brunch. Enjoy!

Loved our tour. We are a family of four with two boys in their 20s. Everyone loved the tour. Our guide Marco was kind, informative and fun. He was very accommodating to let us stop wherever we wanted to take pictures. Great way to see all the highlights of Rome. The e bikes are really easy to use.

I had the tour yesterday and really enjoyed it. Our guide Sadaf is very nice and knowledgeable. She took good care of our group. Biking around Rome city center is so easy and convenient, and since it is electric bike it is not tiring at all. Highly recommend!

My husband and I REALLY enjoyed our electric bike tour! We had the BEST tour guide DANIELA.☺️ It took me a few minutes to gain my confidence but Daniela was so patient and encouraging.♥️ We had many favorite moments buts a few of our favorites were: the VR headsets that allowed us to “see” what some of the constructions “looked” like when they existed and Daniela’s knowledge of the history of Rome in which her passion for her “home” sines through! My husband and I highly recommend this experience with Roma Star Bike. Ciao!

We loved this tour! We have been to Rome before, but really enjoyed seeing the city in this way. We covered so much of the city during our morning ride. Veronica was our guide and wonderful! She loves fun facts and telling stories about the city. She also made great recommendations for gelato, shops, and restaurants. We would do this tour again for the fun of it.

My wife and I really enjoyed the tour of Rome from start to finish. We came to Italy for a 2 week vacation celebrating her 40th birthday and started the trip with a few days in Rome. She loves biking and I'm a big history buff so naturally this was something we both wanted to consider. Ed was our tour guide and he took us along various parts of the city and kept the rides brisk but relaxed and was incredibly informative with the historical information. He was also happy to recommend some great dining spots along the way as well. We had a great time on this tour and I can't recommend it enough. It was well worth the price of admission. Cheers!
