Great tour guide

Francesco was a lot of fun. He kept things going and share information with all of us. We learned a lot and it was a pleasure listening to him and getting to know him.

Tour person was barely fluent in English, couldn’t understand what he was saying. I asked the young lady at the meeting point to switch us to another group ,that was leaving at the same time and was told no. I will not recommend your company based on poor customer service, and inaccurate information about guides ability to to speak clearly. Your sound system was poor at best. Dual ear plug would’ve been better(maybe?). I would ask for a refund but the person who conducted the tour needs to be paid.

Well organised, well informed - but note you are not guranteed the Colosseum as first stop

The communication before and on the day was excellent. Very organised business and responsive. Tour guide was very well informed. My only criticism is our particular tour group for the combined Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill tour (Total - 3 hours) had us touring the Forum and Palatine Hill first (I understand why they divide the groups). It was very hot with no shade / respite (and walking/ climbing) for 1.5 hours and so my elderly mother had to leave before we got to the Colosseum due to heat exhaustion - whereas if that was first, she could have elected when to leave the Forum/Hill tour when ready and still seen the main attraction (Colosseum).

The tour began promptly, the directions to the meeting point were clear and precise. Our guide Federico was well informed and really made sure we learned in a fun manner.

You all booked my tickets with some other guys name. I couldn’t make the tour. You guys are rip offs.

Our tour guide, Simona was an endless source of knowledge during our tour. She provided great in-depth information of the history of the colosseum and also answered all questions that came up from the tour group!
