Erturk gave us a phenomenal tour of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum. He was incredibly knowledgeable, combining his background in civil engineering with a deep and detailed history of three of Rome's most important landmarks. Erturk really tailored the tour to our specific interests and made sure everyone in the group had a fun time learning about the history of these locations while also ably managing the crowds (and misbehaving tourists) to give us a really special memory. Unbelievable: Book this tour!

My wife and I had an amazing experience thanks to our tour guide Yanira! Yanira was very knowledgeable, passionate, funny and engaging. Easy access through all the Colosseum levels and loved all the visuals that she brought so we can see the before/after. This tour was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome. Stop looking at other Colosseum/Roman Forum/Palatine Hill tours and book this one! It's a bit more expensive than others, but it's definitely worth it. We loved the small group size (max 7) and the underground tour of the Colosseum!

An unforgettable day!

What an incredible experience! I booked tickets for the exclusive underground tour of the Colosseum. I had no trouble having my phone calls answered prior to our trip. Thank you to Amy for all your help! Our tour ended up being just the four of us and our amazing guide, Serena! We had no problem locating the meeting point, walked to an exclusive entrance with no waiting, and proceeded to the underground area of the Colosseum. Serena was very enthusiastic and full of information. Our tour included the underground tunnels and dungeons, the arena floor and gladiator's gate, the first and second levels of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. We skipped the line at all locations. This tour, by far, exceeded all expectations and was definitely a highlight of our trip!

Really excellent tour!

Our guide was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Roman history the tour was a real pleasure, including for our teenage daughters who were engaged the whole time. Highly recommend for the whole family!

Colosseum/Palatine Hill/Forum tour with James

This tour was worth every penny. Seeing the underground part of the Colosseum gave a whole different perspective. James from Barcelona was awesome, very patient and knowledgeable and fun to be with. A great experience!

Forum/Colosseum Tour

Franca was an excellent guide, full of information. The only thing that disappointed us is that we booked on the basis that we'd finish in the Forum and could stay in there as long a we wanted but we actually went there first and couldn't go back. We ended up paying to go back into the Forum so we could see it all. For the price of our ticket, this is not what we expected to have to do. Overall though, the tour was great.

Unbelievable!!

This tour was so much more than what we were expecting and worth every penny! Our guide was outstanding, so knowledgeable and easy-going. We had access to areas that the crowds didn’t, and our group was only our party of 4 and another couple! Practically private! It was unforgettable and highly recommended!!

The Full Colosseum Experience

Easy access through the crowds to the tunnels under the Colosseum, rising to each level with a great guide explaining the original, old, and newer architecture of the building. Seeing is a first step but knowing what you are seeing makes the experience even better.

Outstanding, fun, full of information

Marianna was our beautiful, charming and passionate guide who brought the Coloseum to life for our small group. She effortlessly overcame any challenges and brought a smile to everyone she encountered. We learned sooo much and the underground area of the Coloseum was mind blowing. We were lucky also to enter the Emperor's wife Livia's house and every few steps there was something interesting. We just loved it all!

Semi-Private Colosseum Tour the way to go!

The semi-private Colosseum tour with underground is the way to go. Our guide was great and it was truly a VIP experience. With thousands of people at the Colosseum we were the only 7 people taken through a private gate and into the underground. VIP treatment continued on the main floor with a private roped off walkway to the arena floor. Our group of 7 all agreed this was one of the main highlights of our Italy trip.

Great morning in Rome!

We loved this tour, not too long at 3 hours but crams a lot of history into that time. It did move fast so you have to be aware and keep with the group as it’s easy to get lost amid the throngs of tourists. We had a small group of 7 and an amazing guide, Mariana, who was knowledgeable, engaging and passionate about the history. The underground is a must see, absolutely amazing!
