Great tour and tour guide

My husband and I really enjoyed our tour. Our guide was very informative and her deliverance was fantastic. Not boring at all. Probably one of our best experiences with tours/guides to be honest.

Best Tour

Our tour of the Roman Forum and Coliseum was awesome! Raf was absolutely amazing!! You could tell she loved her job. Raf shows pictures of then and now so you can visualize how the ruins were originally. It is unreal how much was covered from the flooding and how they built on top of previous buildings. In addition, I had my mother and mother in law both with me. She was patient with their walking and we maintained an excellent pace with frequent stops for education. She took them up the elevator at the Coliseum to meet the rest of the group. Our entire group loved Raf and this tour. 5 stars and highly recommend! We had a great Vatican tour too but wished Raf had been our guide.

Excellent tour and guide

Our family really enjoyed the tour of the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and the Colosseum with tour guide Katarina. She was very knowledgeable and articulate, and shared a lot of information with us about these historical sites. The hours sped by. We highly recommend this company for tours of the Colosseum area.

Transport back in time

Cristina lead us through a very educational and emotional tour that really made us feel like we were experiencing life 2000 years ago. Highly recommend!! Underground tour is definitely worth it!

Amazing!

Our guide Bogdan, was incredibly informative and he had a great flow to how he did our tour. Best part was he was funny so it was more than information and scenery. It was filled with laughs. Highly recommend this tour.

Great Experience

Being able to see the Colosseum underground was a great experience. The tour guide was very knowledgable and her commentary was easy to understand. We started at the Colosseum and ended at the forum. With the price we paid for the tour, we should be allowed to return to the Colosseum (just the general access area, not the underground or the arena) after the tour is over so we can take our time and visit the shops that are inside the Colosseum.

Erturk gave us a phenomenal tour of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum. He was incredibly knowledgeable, combining his background in civil engineering with a deep and detailed history of three of Rome's most important landmarks. Erturk really tailored the tour to our specific interests and made sure everyone in the group had a fun time learning about the history of these locations while also ably managing the crowds (and misbehaving tourists) to give us a really special memory. This 3-hour Semi-private Colosseum Underground Tour with Roman Forum and Palatine Hill is fantastic and Erturk made it even more so. You're in for something special with this experience!

Unbelievable: Book this tour!

My wife and I had an amazing experience thanks to our tour guide Yanira! Yanira was very knowledgeable, passionate, funny and engaging. Easy access through all the Colosseum levels and loved all the visuals that she brought so we can see the before/after. This tour was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome. Stop looking at other Colosseum/Roman Forum/Palatine Hill tours and book this one! It's a bit more expensive than others, but it's definitely worth it. We loved the small group size (max 7) and the underground tour of the Colosseum!

An unforgettable day!

What an incredible experience! I booked tickets for the exclusive underground tour of the Colosseum. I had no trouble having my phone calls answered prior to our trip. Thank you to Amy for all your help! Our tour ended up being just the four of us and our amazing guide, Serena! We had no problem locating the meeting point, walked to an exclusive entrance with no waiting, and proceeded to the underground area of the Colosseum. Serena was very enthusiastic and full of information. Our tour included the underground tunnels and dungeons, the arena floor and gladiator's gate, the first and second levels of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. We skipped the line at all locations. This tour, by far, exceeded all expectations and was definitely a highlight of our trip!

Really excellent tour!

Our guide was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Roman history the tour was a real pleasure, including for our teenage daughters who were engaged the whole time. Highly recommend for the whole family!

Colosseum/Palatine Hill/Forum tour with James

This tour was worth every penny. Seeing the underground part of the Colosseum gave a whole different perspective. James from Barcelona was awesome, very patient and knowledgeable and fun to be with. A great experience!

Forum/Colosseum Tour

Franca was an excellent guide, full of information. The only thing that disappointed us is that we booked on the basis that we'd finish in the Forum and could stay in there as long a we wanted but we actually went there first and couldn't go back. We ended up paying to go back into the Forum so we could see it all. For the price of our ticket, this is not what we expected to have to do. Overall though, the tour was great.

Unbelievable!!

This tour was so much more than what we were expecting and worth every penny! Our guide was outstanding, so knowledgeable and easy-going. We had access to areas that the crowds didn’t, and our group was only our party of 4 and another couple! Practically private! It was unforgettable and highly recommended!!
