Fantastic Tour of Castel Sant’Angelo!

We had an amazing time! We were lucky enough to have the group all to ourselves, and our guide was absolutely fantastic. We spent two wonderful hours exploring Castel Sant’Angelo and learned so much along the way. We couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough — definitely a must-do!

Our tour guide was AMAZING and her knowledge was outstanding! She walked us through the castle slowly and didn’t miss anything! Her description of the paintings in the receiving room or throne room (although I don’t think that’s what it’s called) was fascinating and illuminating !

I’ve walked past Castel Sant’Angelo at least a hundred times and never thought to go inside. What a mistake that would have been! This tour was incredible—so much history, hidden passages, and jaw-dropping views.

Tour guide was super informative, really knowledgeable, interesting and in a place as big as the castle I imagine it isnt easy. Group wS a good size 7 people. The only problem was finding them as the red flag wasn’t out. Really thought it was a great tour.
