Good to know:
Age Requirement: All riders must be at least 16 years old, in line with Italian law. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
Weight Requirement: For everyone's riding safety, guests must weigh between 100 pounds (45 kg) and 260 pounds (118 kg).
Physical Requirements: Riders must be able to step on and off the Segway without assistance, which calls for abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs. Pregnant travelers are strongly discouraged from joining due to the cobbled streets.
Helmet Policy: Helmets are included and must be worn by all riders for safety.
ID and Deposit: Please bring one credit card and one government-issued ID, which are retained as a deposit for the duration of the tour.
Weather Advisory: Tours run rain or shine, and rain ponchos are available. Check the forecast and dress for the day, with sun protection and water in the summer months.
Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible, and riders need full mobility to operate the Segway.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can depart on time.
