Ricardo was an excellent guide for our group of two families with older teenage boys. We biked out of the city for the 1-4 tour and enjoyed seeing Rome from a completely different perspective. What a nice way to get outside of Rome for a few hours. This tour was what we hoped it would be. After a little city maneuvering we were seeing some of the most amazing sights of Rome we would have missed had we not taken this tour. Riding on the Appian Way and looking at the still standing ancient structures had me in awe. Our tour guide Marco explaining everything along the way made it so informative. From the construction of the aqueducts to the monuments places on the trail to remember those who had passed to the mid tour stop for refreshments, Marco was the perfect guide. Strongly suggest this tour as my family had a wonderful time.

This tour was a highlight of our trip. Our group included a couple of very comfortable riders, a couple of adults who hadn't ridden a bike in years, and a small child in a bike seat behind his dad. Our guide was knowledgeable and very accommodating of the different ability-levels in the group. Most of the ride took place outside the city where there was minimal car traffic. The most enjoyable part of the ride was through the aqueducts park where the bike/pedestrian paths were wide and even. One of our riders was very sore after four hours of using muscles not used to such activity, but even she said she wouldn't have missed it.
