I only have one negative comment. We waited for the tour guy sign and person and they never showed up. Luckily our guide Ruth approached us and took care of everything. Ruth was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and kind. We were there in plenty of time at the meeting point And we got a little nervous because we did not see the person we were supposed to be meeting. So again, we were very fortunate to have Ruth. She was a wonderful guide. Thank you.

Ellen was a great tour guide. She has lots of knowledge about the Eiffel Tower. Really is an amazing structure. Definitely so glad I went to the top. I have a fear of elevators but there are windows on the side and top plus an operator who runs it. It is so quick and what an amazing view. Definitely go to the top.

Because of a miscommunication by the tour company and boat, our boat tour was cancelled the night of our Eiffel Tower Tour but it actually turned out ok. The Tour Guy Tours arranged for us to take boat ride the next night and it was amazing. Overall we were very pleased.
