Dress Code: We ask both men and women to cover knees and shoulders, otherwise the Monastery might refuse entry, and you’ll miss out on a portion of your tour.
Accessibility: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters on this group tour, as we do not have access to ramps.
Bag Policy: Large bags may not be permitted in the Basilica or during the cable car ride, so please pack light.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can enter sites on time.

We have been looking forward to this tour for awhile and it far exceeded our expectations. Katerina and our driver Alexandro made this experience outstanding. We were quite fortunate to have a private tour. Katerina is extremely bright, knowledgeable and made each part of the tour come to life. The cable car ride and views up the mountain were spectacular. The video presentation was helpful and I loved the cheese market. Being able to pray and touch the Black Madonna’s sphere was moving but hearing the boys choir gave us goosebumps. Just taking in the whole beautiful site was worth every penny. We highly recommend this tour and Katerina as a guide.

We arrived at the designated time 9:15 and no one was there. The tour guide didn’t ask us our names, didn’t have an ID and we weren’t given the choice to go up to the Black Madonna. She chose for us to hear the choir instead. It felt like she was a fill in guide who wasn’t familiar with the tour we chose.

Our tour guide we the best and very patient with us and took us around Montserrat explaining everything in great detail. Gave us time to explore stuff on our own as well. Will always recommend.
