Dress Code: Sagrada Família is a place of worship, so both men and women must cover their knees and shoulders. Guests who do not meet the dress code may be refused entry by security officials.
Accessibility: Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.
ID Requirement: A government-issued ID is required for entry into Sagrada Família, including for children.
Please Note: The guided portion of your tour covers the exterior facades and interior of the basilica. The Sagrada Família Museum is available for self-guided exploration after your tour. Tower entry is available as an optional add-on and can be purchased separately inside the basilica.
Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in at the meeting point so the group can enter sites on time.

The Tour Guy website is easy to book from. Mart was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information. She pointed out things we would have missed otherwise. Not having to get tickets ourselves and trying to wander around with headsets was a huge bonus too.

The trip to the Sagrada Familia was a highlight of my Barcelona travels. Xavier, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, funny and kind. The pace of the tour was perfect. He didn't rush us and provided advice on where we should go post-tour. He answered questions clearly and thoughtfully. He even took pictures of people as requested which was so nice. The church is stunningly beautiful and I'm so glad that I went late in the afternoon to see the beautiful light from the stained glass. I'm really pleased that I selected this tour and had such a terrific guide.

One thing to make sure you do is to book this and not leave it too late as you will not be able to book on the day. We were told this ahead of time and yet left booking until about a week before. Having scoured around we were so fortunate to find availability with the “Tour Guy” who I can thoroughly recommend. Our Guide LENA was superb and very knowledgeable, giving us a lot of background about the history of the building and its builders before we entered, plus showing a lot of illustrations with to help us comprehend. As we got nearer to the building she was able to point out a lot of the “carvings” and expand on their meanings. This continued inside the and through to the other side. Our thanks to Lena for making it such an enjoyable and informative visit and also for engaging with our Grandchildren. Please remember to book at least 3 weeks ahead during busy season.
