Your tour begins at the Vivari Coffee Shop near the basilica, where you will meet your private guide. This bustling neighborhood serves as the perfect backdrop for your introduction to the modernist architecture that defines Barcelona.
Admire the Nativity Façade
Next, stand before the only facade completed during Gaudí's lifetime. You’ll learn how the intricate carvings and organic shapes celebrate the birth of Christ, representing the artist's deep connection to nature and faith.
Observe the Passion Façade

Dress Code: Sagrada Família is a place of worship, so both men and women must cover their knees and shoulders. Guests who do not meet the dress code may be refused entry by security officials.

We had an incredible tour with Sergio. He tailored the tour, level of detail and information to our group. The two teenagers in our party, who are easily “over it” and bored on tours, were engaged and interested the entire time!! That’s miraculous!! We learned so much about the cathedral and its architect. It was so efficient and we still took plenty of time for pictures and quiet reflection in the church. If you can swing it, do the private tour, it was absolutely worth it! I can’t recommend this tour enough! One of the highlights of our trip!!
