Start your tour at the elevator entrance to the Interparking Novedades car park, across from the Tivoli Theatre. Your driver will meet you here to begin your 1-hour through the city center.

Is this tour family friendly?

Yes, children at least two years old and weighing 9 kg (20 lbs) or more are welcome. Though please note there is no room to store strollers.

What if I have concerns about my mobility on this tour?

The tour is not wheelchair accessible as the vehicles lack storage for chairs or walking frames. However, it is an excellent option for those who find walking long distances difficult, as you remain seated for the entirety of the tour.

What happens if it rains or is cold?

The tuk-tuks are equipped with protective covers to shield you from rain and wind. During the winter months, we also provide blankets to keep you warm and comfortable throughout the ride.

Are there any restrictions on what I can bring?

Due to the compact nature of the vehicle, you cannot bring suitcases, large packages, or strollers. Please only bring small personal items that can fit comfortably on your lap or at your feet.
