Itinerary

Your tour begins in Central Milan

Meet your chef near Milan Central Station, in via Cerano and ring at number 12 to enter. Settle in, meet your small group, and get a quick overview of what you’ll cook, taste, and eat during class.

Whisk tiramisù from scratch

Start with the dessert so it can chill while you cook. You’ll whip the cream, build your own layers, and learn the technique that keeps tiramisù light and fluffy, not dense, before it goes into the fridge.

Knead and shape fresh pasta dough

Next, you’ll mix, knead, and roll fresh pasta the traditional way. As you work, your chef shows you how texture changes with moisture and pressure, then guides you as you cut and form your pasta.

Prepare a sauce and cook pasta properly

Then you’ll move to the stove and learn timing, salting, and heat control for pasta that stays silky, not soggy. You’ll finish with a sauce that coats every strand, using chef tricks you can repeat at home.

Make gnocchi and bake it with truffle sauce

After that, you’ll make gnocchi from scratch and shape each piece for the right bite. You’ll pair it with a truffle sauce, then bake it until the top turns lightly crisp and golden while staying tender inside.

Your tour ends at Via Lodovico Settala, 1, 20124 Milano MI, Italy

Sit down with your group to enjoy the dishes you made, paired with a local wine tasting for adults 18+. Finish the class with recipes and new skills from your delicious, handmade, Milan-infused meal.
