Your tour begins at the Milan Visitor Center
Meet your guide at Milan Largo Cairoli 18 Milan Visitor Center and check in with the group. Then board an air-conditioned coach and settle in as you leave the city behind for the Alpine borderlands.

We have been traveling in Europe for 23 days now & been on 12 tours. We have never been treated so poorly. We were supposed to meet at the location listed on our voucher at 0700. We arrived at that address according to Google maps at 0645. At 0658, we realized that nobody else was there so I triple checked the address & started calling the numbers on my voucher. Nobody answered. I sent text messages via WhatsApp & no response. The tour was supposed to leave at 0715. Finally at 0725 someone from the tour company called & was yelling that we had to get to the train station quickly. I couldn't hear as I was in the middle of Milan. He just kept saying go to the train station by 0745 without any further information & hung up on me. There was no way to make it by 0745. We found out this afternoon that the tour company lied & said we were a no show & didn't contact them. An absolute joke. I read other reviews about the "bait & switch". Wondering why THE TOUR GUY would consider Zani Viaggi a "reputable partner when there is no help the day of the tour. Reconsidering some of my future tours. Don't waste your $.

Traveling means learning about a new place. When you take a tour you expect to learn even more. I am back from a beautiful place with no a single fact. The tour is good and well organized. However the guide was there to make sure we were on the bus, tell us when to leave and come back, but never explain about the places we were visiting. I was not expecting an encyclopedia but nothing is bad.

We booked the tour a few months ago and this was going to be one of the highlights of our trip to Milan. While the tour guide was very good, we had a number of issues: 1. The tour had a second pick-up location in the morning and that would have been helpful for us, as it was two blocks from our hotel. This was never shared. 2. While we took the bus to St. Moritz from Milan, no other part of the trip was what we booked. Specifically, the train was not even the Bernina Express. It was another train that left from St. Moritz and took us to Thusis. That was not what we paid for. 3. We were supposed to take the train to Tirano and have free time there. However, we never went there. 4. We were supposed to get a free Swiss chocolate tasting and that never happened. 5. The trip was supposed to be 13 hours, but was closer to 11. Could someone please look into this immediately? We spent way too much money for this to happen.
