The BEST Acropolis Tours in Athens

They do not go to Minos, another swim location instead, so no deer visits. Tour was only about 8.5 hrs not 10 in description. Crew was excellent and food was good

My family and I had a unplanned challenge and when reaching out to the Tour Guy for help, they were supportive and responsive to our needs allowing us to reschedule and still visit the amazing tour of the Acropolis and it’s museum. Recommend.

We took the 5pm tour with Ellie. She was wonderful, the crowds were less, and there was a light breeze. 10/10 would recommend

I had an incredible tour of the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum with our guide, Alexia. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about Greek history and the Acropolis, but she also made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour, taking breaks in the shade on a particularly hot day. Her passion for the subject really shone through, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to dive deep into the history of Athens!

@Yourguidelittleanna was an amazing guide. We have been on numerous tours and this was our favourite experience by far. She was perfectly suited to give us lots of background information about the sites as an archaeologist herself, had great energy and kept us moving at the perfect pace. The early tour was perfect - still some shade to be found, less crowded and a great way to start our day in Athens! Anastasia was awesome - she told great facts and history, answered questions with local knowledge and did a good job keeping everyone together. Highly recommend!

We are so glad we booked this tour. We generally self-guide but I had concerns about navigating the site in hot weather. Michael steered us around so that we saw all the sights in a coherent way. The big plus was his impressive knowledge of the site and the relevant history ,together with his skillful and charming delivery. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

This was a very good experience. First, the tour company had everything prepared for us beforehand. They had purchased the necessary tix so we simply walked through into the park. I would have enjoyed a more streamlined system for meeting our guide. I got to the tour company early but it was crowded. Still, it did not take long to get paired up with our tour guide. Second, our guide (Giannis) did a very good job. He was very friendly and knew the Acropolis thoroughly. It was a great experience for our group.

The tour guide was nice and has knowledge. But it was just another group tour. The 3 stars is because of the line to check in. Hundreds of people wrapped around street just to check in show up 10 min early and checked in near 30 min late. This is just farmed out to another tour company not an individual and not any different then you can buy elsewhere.

Kostov was so wonderful! I truly wish we could have had showed us all over Athens. He was very passionate about archeology and the history of Greece. He shared so much information that we left knowing so much more about Greece than we would have had we gone to visit the Acropolis sites by ourselves. The tour went by so quickly. I highly recommend this tour!

John our tour guide was phenomenal! Charismatic, intelligent, and very engaging! We had many Greek history refreshers and learned so much! He took plenty of breaks to make sure we got shade and stayed hydrated. I highly recommend the early tours so you can avoid the crowds. The acropolis tour is one of the best in all of Europe, you won’t want to miss one here!

Today, June 19, 2025, we took this tour of Acropolis and the Museum. It was incredible. There is so much to see and learn about. With the help of our AMAZING and HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE Guide, Anna. We were very pleased with the overall experience. So much history. Incredible pictures and memories have been made! Highly Recommend this experience through Tour Guy and make sure you have ANNA as your guide. You will not be disappointed.

What a great tour. There was walking, but we stopped often, so it was fine for everyone in our group. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot. Would highly recommended.

I really had a great time. All th other person in the group were also very friendly. Anastasia was superb, knowledgeable, fun and sharing stories about the greek mythology in a fun way. It's been worth the money and I would not have had a great time visiting the museum if I did not book that tour. I am really satisfied. Thanks again Anastasia.
