Your tour begins at your central London hotel
A driver collects you right from your hotel, then welcomes you aboard a comfortable executive vehicle. Settle in for the scenic 60-minute ride north to the film studios in Leavesden.
Stroll the cobblestones of Diagon Alley
Step off the shuttle as your tickets are handed over, then enter the wizarding world. Wander the famous cobbles of Diagon Alley, passing Ollivander's, Flourish and Blotts, and the bright Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes.
Stand beneath the lanterns of the Great Hall
Pass into the Great Hall, the first set built for the films, where long banquet tables stretch toward the staff dais. Flagstone floors, tall windows, and house banners surround you just as they appear on screen.
Board the Hogwarts Express at Platform 9¾
Next, reach the original Hogwarts Express resting beside a re-created Platform 9 3/4. Walk through a filming carriage, then push a luggage trolley toward the brick wall for a photo every fan dreams about.
Marvel at the marble halls of Gringotts Bank
Enter Gringotts Wizarding Bank, lined with towering marble pillars and crystal chandeliers. Step inside the Lestrange vault, surrounded by piled Galleons and treasures, including the gleaming Sword of Gryffindor.
Get lost in the Forbidden Forest
Venture into the dim Forbidden Forest, where gnarled trees rise overhead and Buckbeak the hippogriff waits in shadow. Look for giant spiders among the roots as the misty woodland path winds quietly around you.
Watch the secrets of special effects unfold
Finish at the Backlot, home to the Secrets of Special Effects experience. Live demonstrations reveal how filmmakers crafted the fantastical creatures and thrilling action seen across the Harry Potter film series.
Your tour ends at your central London hotel
After four hours among the sets, reboard your vehicle for the drive south, arriving back in central London around 3 to 3:30pm. Your driver returns you to your Zone 1 hotel with a head full of wizarding memories.

Good to know:
Meeting point changes: If you book within 2 days of travel, or your accommodation falls outside Zone 1, you'll join the group at a central London meeting point opposite Great Portland Street station.
Accessibility: This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Travelers should have a moderate level of physical fitness for the self-guided walking route through the sets. If you have concerns about your mobility, please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
Food and drink: Food and drink are not included, though several cafes are on site, including the Backlot Cafe and a butterbeer bar. Only cold food and sealed drinks are permitted on board the vehicle.
Children and infants: Infants under 1 travel free but must sit on laps, so bring your own child seat if you'd prefer one.
Tour changes: All timings are approximate and depend on traffic. Studio Tour entry times can occasionally shift the schedule, and you'll be contacted in advance if anything changes.
Check-in: Please aim to be ready at your pickup point 15 minutes in advance.

Warner Bros. But just the scope and size of sets, in fact The Forbidden Forest at Studios was incredible. By introducing HP magic from its origin, powell powell created a historical context for Oxford. Our guide then regaled it with whimsy.

The Warner Bros. I was blown away by the Studio Tour, and Diagon Alley in particular; it was very detailed. Oxford with its delightful streets and glittering college courtyards acted as a stunning real-world setting for the world of wizardry.
