Meet your guide at the Eurama Office
The tour begins at the Eurama Office. Board the air-conditioned coach with your guide. Pass the iconic Parliament building before crossing the Danube River via the Margaret Bridge to the Buda side of the city.
Castle District Walk
The coach stops near the Royal Castle area. Enjoy a short walk guided by your expert, visiting the Fisherman’s Bastion and viewing the exterior of Matthias Church.
Gellért Hill Photo Stop
Hop on the coach up to Gellért Hill, home to the Citadel. Have a photo stop here to capture breathtaking, panoramic views over all of Budapest, including the Parliament and the bridges spanning the Danube.
Pest highlights
The tour continues across the Elizabeth Bridge, along the majestic Andrássy Avenue, and includes passing the Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica. You will stop briefly at the dramatic Heroes’ Square.
Bus tour end and cruise begins
The 3-hour bus tour concludes at the original departure point (Eurama office). You will then transfer to the nearby Vigadó Square Dock 6 to begin your 1-hour sightseeing cruise on the Danube River.
You tour ends with a Danube River Cruise
Your boat tour passes the Parliament, offering views of Margaret Island, Castle Hill (Royal Castle, Fisherman’s Bastion), and Gellért Hill. Continuing south, see the National Theatre and the Central Market Hall before ending the tour at the starting dock.
