Itinerary
Your tour begins at Trattoria Fonte Giusta
Meet your chef at Via Camollia 102 to begin your cooking class. You will receive a warm welcome with a glass of prosecco as the group gets settled in the professional kitchen.
Prepare the classic tiramisu base
Start your lesson by assembling Italy's most famous dessert so the flavors have time to meld. Learn as the chef teaches you the correct way to layer espresso-soaked biscuits with mascarpone cream for a rich, authentic result.
Knead three authentic pasta doughs
Roll up your sleeves to master the making of egg-based ravioli, soft potato gnocchi, and thick pici, pasta typical of Siena. Your chef explains the history of these noodles while helping you achieve the perfect texture.
Enjoy a sit-down Tuscan feast
Next, move from the kitchen to the dining table to taste the fruits of your labor. Your handmade pastas are served as a multi-course meal accompanied by curated local wines and lively conversation.
Your tour finishes at Trattoria Fonte Giusta
The experience concludes at the restaurant after your dessert and coffee. Leave with the skills to recreate a traditional Siena feast for your friends and family at home.
