Your gastronomic tour will focus on the vibrant area of Baixa, named after its esteemed architect, the Pombaline Baixa, represents a watershed moment in urban planning as it was constructed in the aftermath of the catastrophic 1755 Lisbon earthquake It’s best known for its thriving nightlife scene and for being the heart of Lisbon with its grand plazas, bustling shopping streets and classical ‘Pombalie’ styled buildings. In the spirit of spending time at each of the three eateries on this tour, your time exploring the history and other landmarks of the area will be abbreviated. You’ll still get to experience the most important elements of this lively neighborhood though.
Is lunch or dinner included in the price of the tour?
Lunch or dinner are not included in this tour, but you will enjoy delicious petiscos from three different eateries, so you should not expect to leave hungry!
What if I have food allergies, intolerances, or other dietary requirements?
Vegetarian options will be available at all of the stops, but please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate any other needs. We will work with our tour partners to provide you with an alternative when possible. This tour is not suitable for vegans.
How many glasses of wine will I get?

What if I don’t drink alcohol but I’d still like to join a food tour?
