Our experience at the beginning was not the best. We arrived 15 minutes prior and they told us to come back 5 minutes before the tour. When we returned, we tried talking to them as we booked with The Tour Guy, but they kept ignoring us and were telling everyone if you have a ticket, get in the line. We tried 3 times to discuss our tickets and they wouldn’t talk to us (very rude - ignoring us). When it was time to check in, they looked at our tickets and were confused as if they never saw a Tour Guy tickets before. They looked at a list and said our name wasn’t on the list and they told us to wait on the side. Once everyone went in for the tour, they tried calling someone, then let everyone in that had no tickets (they had to purchase their tickets). They got back on a call and finally got us in. We were a few minutes late for the tour. Very disappointed with the service as this could have been avoided if they actually talked to us when we showed up and tried to discuss prior entering. The tour itself was great and informative and definitely worth doing.
