Private Family-Friendly Rome Colosseum & Roman Forum Tour

Wonderful!

Marina was great. She did a great job. Didn’t hurry , allowed us time as needed . It was a wonderful experience walking around the colosseum and the forum. And she also took great pictures of us. The other private tour we took, the guide just hurried us quite a bit.

Rome Colosseum & Roman Forum Tour with Marina

We had amazing tour with Marina, we learned a lot of interesting details and facts about Colosseum and Forum. Marina touched all interesting facts and provided detailed answers on all our questions. We also glad we skipped long lines, because lines for tours much shorter and faster. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in our next travel.

Tour with Serena

We had a wonderful tour with Serena of the Colosseum and Forum! She engaged with our five year old (who was on day five in a foreign city!) and shared great stories and visuals to bring the ancient city to life.

One of the best tours I have ever experienced

We enjoyed three wonderful, informative hours with the hugely knowledgeable and charismatic Miguele. We can't thank him enough for bringing alive for us the Colosseum and its history in a way that captivated all three of our children as well as my wife and me.

Our tour guide Yanira was absolutely wonderful! So friendly and engaging especially with our 4 year old! Her knowledge was outstanding! She made our experience what is was, perfect!

Daniel was amazing!

Our guide, Daniel, was Amazing with our 11-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter. He made them feel engaged and comfortable asking questions. My wife and I also very much enjoyed the experience and even though pricey, would fully recommend it to anyone.

Michele is the best in Rome!!!!

I cannot express enough what a special experience it was to have Michele as our host for the tour. Our 8 year old was completely entertained and learned a lot. The adults in our group had the best times as well - he was funny, engaging , smart and so kind. It was a super hot day, but he worked so hard to make sure our experience was fantastic. The worst part was having to say goodbye! If I could him more stars, I would! Thank you Michele!!!!

Very Informative But Not Child Oriented

We were contracted out to another tour guide rather than someone through The Tour Guy. We were at our meeting place on time but our guide was late however the company was very great at letting us know that someone was still on their way. The tour guide seemed surprised that it was a private tour with children so there was no preparation to orient the tour towards our children’s interests unlike how the tour was advertised. That being said, the guide was was very informative and as an adult I really enjoyed his relaying of the history of the Colosseum. Unfortunately, our 5 and 8 year old lost interest pretty quickly.

Claudia was FANTASTIC - 10/10

Claudia greeted us and immediately hit it off with my two boys (ages 6 and 8). She went with the flow of what they were interested in and kept up with their energy and truly catered the tour to exactly what they wanted and she thought would be the most engaging for them. I've done the Vatican tour several times and I learned all new things with Claudia as our guide. And...at the end of the tour, she gave them a bag full of little goodies to remember the tour and it ended up being one of their favorite things to take home. She was AMAZING. When we return, I will specifically ask for her.
