About Your Guide Irina

I live in Saint Petersburg where I work as a tourist guide. Becoming a guide was an interesting experience to me as a student of foreign language faculty more than 10 years ago. It happened to be my favorite job, my hobby and even my lifestyle. I've got a degree in Linguistics and Cross-cultural Communications, so my education is suiting my job perfectly. I'm a licensed guide which enables me to give tours in all major local museums of Saint Petersburg. Passionate about my city, I am always glad to share my knowledge with other people.

Wonderful tour!

Irina was one of the most knowledgeable tour guides I've had the pleasure of listening to. Learned so much about St. Petersburg and the history and enjoyed the wonderful picutures. Would definitely recommend.

Review of Virtual Tour of St. Petersburg

The virtual tour of St. Petersburg was excellent! I’ve watched many online tours over the last several weeks and this was one of the best by far. Irina was knowledgeable and personable. She was kind enough to extend the tour when we didn’t finish in the allotted time and is extremely well versed in the history of her city. If she offers a more in-depth tour of St. Petersburg or of the Hermitage I would immediately register! And when I have the opportunity to visit St. Petersburg I will hope to meet her in person and tour the city with her. Thank you Irina!
