Was absolutely incredible! What an experience it was. The driver Joe and both guides Carlo and Angelo were so amazing, educational and informative. Very knowledgeable in their field. And so glad we had a driver to drive the coast. We learned so much more about Pompeii and Vesuvius that we didn’t get with research and documentaries. I highly recommend this. Worth the experience!

Veronica guided me thru Pompeii smoothly avoiding crowds and staying in the shade whenever possible. Her knowledge and colorful stories made the tour APlus. Guido was my guide trekking Mt. Vesuvius and his passion and expertise about the volcano’s history and current state was amazing. He was above and beyond one of the best guides ! I highly recommend using The Tour Guys!

Absolutely fantastic! Our two guides Veronica and Angelo were excellent in explaining Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. Not sure what you'd really be able to absorb on your own without someone taking the time to give you the history of what really happened. Otherwise you're just walking around looking at "something". Our driver Paolo was the best. Took all the worry out of driving and finding a place to park. He explained the history of Naples, Sorento and the Amalfi Coast in between site visits. Great people to talk to, very friendly with a sense of humor. Would do it again in a heart beat.

The driver that took us too and from Amalfi was fantastic. He was very nice and pointed out local sights along the way. Or Pompeii guide was the highlight of our trip. He was very funny and imparted expert knowledge throughout the Pompeii tour. I highly recommend this part of the tour. Our tour of Mt Vesuvius had many wonderful sights. This guide a geologist didn’t really appreciate the pace of his guests and usually walked at a quick pace 30m ahead. No rest stops, very little time at the crater. He acted like he had better places to be.

This trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius was wonderful! We definitely recommend the guides from the Tour Guide. The only drawback was that we would have liked more time in Pompeii, but we loved every minute of our tour.
